Hotel is close to metro, had excellent wifi, and was clean. Only complaint is that the restaurant (if you can call it that) didn't match the pictures on the menu / advertisements, which gave the wrong impression.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, besonders der Abteilungsleiter am Abend (Hassen) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war sehr gut.. لقد أعجبتني الإقامة في هذا الفندق كثيراً ، كانو الموظفون متعاونين للغاية وودودين للغاية ، ولا سيما رئيس القسم في المساء (حسن) كان لطيفًا ومتعاوناً للغاية. بإختصار الكل في الكل كان جيدًا جدًا

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Alt, verschlissene Möbel. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Die Fliesen im Bad hatten Schimmelspuren. Für den Preis ist das Hotel längst nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig, es gibt viel bessere in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu ähnlichen Preisen.

Personal war super nett. Zimmer werden jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Classic Studio Zimmer für solo oder zwei bei kleinem Budget perfekt. Sehr viele Lebensmittel Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Per Taxi 13minuten bis zum nächsten kleinen Strand mit Skyline Aussicht, 25minuten gibt's dann einen richtigen Strand. Das GYM ist relativ klein, Einzel Hanteln bis 20kg. Ansonsten nur feste geräte. Pool perfekt für kinder und ein paar Runden Bauchschwimmen. 4 Sterne ist es allerdings nicht, dafür ist es zu altmodisch und abgenutzt. 3 Sterne wäre realistisch. @staff It would be better if you could put the Iron, as well as Pots and pans in the rooms instead of having your guests ask for them. Paying more attention to detail would boost this place immensely. Replacing small things like those old chairs, the stove hood filters, the carpet(!) painting the entire wall instead of only covering small spots (very easy to see from a 45° angle), matching night lamps. If those things were fixed it would most likely be a 4star hotel and worth it's original price. Otherwise the current discount suits it better. Maybe I was just unlucky with my room. Either way, I would still come back because the overall experience was definitely positive. Thank you!

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe.
Wir nutzen das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dubai, das Hotel ist in Flughafennähe, mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen - der Transfer lag bei etwa 8€. Der Check Inn funktionierte reibungslos, sehr freundlich und professionell. Es wurde beim Check inn ein Getränk gereicht, auf dem Zimmer waren mehrere Flaschen Wasser gratis. Das Zimmer war geräumig, alles in Ordnung, auch wenn das Hotel seine besten Tage sicher hinter sich hat. Das Hotel hat einen Pool auf dem Dach, selbiger wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Gepäckaufbewahrung problemlos möglich. In der Nähe mehrere Restaurants, zur Metro etwa 5 Minuten.

Fühlte mich immer sehr Willkommen und das gesamte Personal war unheimlich freundlich und sprach gut englisch. Zimmerzustand OK (eine Lampe angebrochen und Schirm eingerissen, Tisch ein paar Kratzer). Frühstück OK (nichts herausragendes, aber auch nichts schlechtes) Beispiel für das Personal: Ich sagte ich brauche nichts von der Minibar, also kam sofort der Vorschlag und die Durchführung den Kühlschrank zu lehren, damit ich diesem besser für mich nutzen kann = SUPER und kundenfreundlich!

Sehr gutes Stadthotel im Herzen von Deira
Ich übernachte mehrmals im Jahr in diesem Hotel, Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, großzügige Appartments und als "Welcome" eine Obstplatte auf dem Zimmer. Aktuell wird im Erdgeschoss das Restaurant erneuert, Frühstück daher im ersten Stock jedoch in gewohnter guter Qualität. Durch die Umbauarbeiten entstehen keine Beeinträchtigungen für die Hotelgäste. Kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, Preis-Leistung ist TOP.

Hotel wurde gerade renoviert, daher war der Pool nur eingeschränkt und der Frühstücksraum gar nicht nutzbar (Früstück wurde in einer suite serviert). Das Personal war gestrebt, dass dies nicht so stark ins Gewicht fällt und war sehr freundlich.

Praktisches Hotel
Waren nur eine Nacht hier nach dem Flug. Haben ein Upgrade auf eine zwei Schlafzimmer Suite bekommen, die natürlich viel zu groß für uns war aber dennoch gut! Liegt ca 10 min zu Fuß von der Metro entfernt. Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen teurer als erwartet! Sauber und großzügig.

Die Lage ist für geschäftliche Aktivitäten ideal - zur Innenstadt muß man halt je nach Uhrzeit ca. eine Stunde einkalkulieren, oder mit der bemerkenswerten Metro fahren. Dafür ist man in 15 Minuten am Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert und man hört den Flughafen kaum.

Facilities in room were outdated. Hotplate but no cooking utensils. To charge phone the plug is on ground behind the bedside tables, so you have to move the table. Shower curtain is so short, once you open the shower, it flaps inside the tub, very uncomfortable. First day, room was not cleaned. Saw the staff outside cleaning a separate room and requested for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. No good channels in TV.
