This is my second stay at the lake view JA, its an amazing resort, it has all the facilities and its kids friendly, but there is nothing around the resort and its so far from all Dubai attractions..

Beautiful setting/rooms, average food, run down
A great setting, great wildlife and beautiful rooms. Food was very average and over-priced. Not very accommodating to dietary preferences sadly and some areas were a bit run down like the captains bar. But service generally was excellent and it is a lovely place.

No incentives at all being a VIP access property. The service at the restaurants were poor and some did not allow kids below 12 past 9pm. The pool timings are very short as compared to other hotels, resulting in overly packed swimming pools. Room service and especially in-room dining service was very slow. Overall a very poor experience.

Horrible experience at Repablic restaurant of JA lake view hotel that turned our anniversary celebration and vacation into a nightmare.. to start with , we were 5 adults and 2 kids. The frise which was served was cold and we asked to be replaced.. before finishing the dinner I got severe nausea and ran to the room because of food poisoning I had diarrhea and my wife suffered from the same thing the whole night with vomiting, her mom who was with us at the restaurant suffered from the same symptoms.. in the morning when we rised a complaint they sent us the nurse who requested for a stool sample from my wife to investigate , what shocked me the hotel is asking for 300 Dhs for the stool test!! Which we refused to pay .. they didn’t handle the complaint professionally and didn’t show empathy or care to know the truth.. adding to this the check in process took 2 hours and the water in the room (shower) is cold

Great Week away to chill and unwind!
Great week stay at the JA Lake View resort on All Inclusive package. Nice hotel, great pool and not to busy. You can go to the other hotels in the resort on the resort golf carts. SandBar down at the marina was great to unwind in the late afternoon. Special shout out to Dalen at the pool bar for great service and cool drinks! Great stay and we will be going back again next year!

Room upgraded upon request, much appreciated! Some of the staff was real nice. Mazar, Piyush, Adonye, Hamza - some of the names and the buggy staff as well. Front desk staff was over-occupied and slow at most times. Was able to get through to the operator quick but not the front desk.

I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times. I’m a loyal customer and It’s a great Hotel full of fantastic amenities. I did find that the staff at times dropped their service levels. At times I was waiting for a drink for over 10 minutes when the place didn’t seem busy at all. During one meal our drinks actually arrived after our food. Other times I could be waiting at a bar for 10 minutes before I was served. The stinginess of the all-inclusive package at times could be frustrating. I attempted to take half a bottle of beer back to my room as I needed to go and get ready to go out for dinner. I was stopped and it was suggested I should chin my beer rather than take it to the room. Obviously I had to leave it, seems a waste. I can’t see why taking a bottle of beer back to your room is such a problem. Draft Heineken is not part of the package put a bottle of Heineken is. in theory 10 bottles of Heineken is. Not quite sure why. Lots of things on the menu aren’t included in the all-inclusive package. That’s always been the case, not a massive issue. I played golf, it’s a lovely course. £75 for the round (which is half price) seemed quite a lot when part of the all-inclusive package. What made it worse is the Marshall followed us around the course telling us to hurry up at every hole. He was literally parked up behind us when taking shots. We weren’t playing slow, at times we had to wait for the group ahead …and it completely ruined the round.

It was a great stay here at ja resort lakeview. We had a beautiful premium room with view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got early check in. Tahir in the restaurant was very cordial. Good choice but still some teething pains
The hotel only opened late last year and you can tell they're still having a few teething problems. There was no hot water in our room the second day and they would not serve us food by the pool on the Friday due to 'prioritising their brunch' their words. Not good enough for hotel guests who don't want to partake in a 4 hour expensive brunch. They fixed it in the end but took a lot of whinging on our behalf. Apart from that staff are friendly and helpful, hotel itself is nice, and we went to the main hotel for dinner which was lovely.

Great welcome and friendly staff throughout the stay. Spent 6 days at the resort and enjoyed most restaurants and bars. Fantastic pool and beach areas so you can choose and mix as you want. Well equipped gym and ok place to go for a run ( 5k within the resort, so if you want to go longer either do 2-3 laps or go out on the bigger roads) . Really nice room with all that was expected. Not much in the area but a taxi to JBR takes 25-30 minutes and you can really spend days and evenings by just hanging around the resort! Will definitely be back!

Checking in at 2am not a good experience only had 1 room left not in a good location had family with split up on different floors checking out had a issue was resolved but shouldn’t of happened, overall a nice new resort but to far from main spots in Dubai ,good for park and resort’s

So far from anything else in Dubai. Great, helpful staff, bar service was quick, although restaurant service very slow when busy. Rooms very modern and attractive.

Nowy hotel wszystko czyste. Śniadania ok.bezplatne busy do Dubaju. Tańsze pokoje mają widok na stadninę koni. Droższe na pole golfowe. Bezpłatny parking. Słabo działający internet. Niska cena obiekt wart polecenia.
