Das Zimmer Deluxe Boulevard View im 10. Stock hat eine tolle Aussicht und genügend Platz. Das Hotel ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der direkte Zugang zur Dubai Mall ist sehr praktisch.

Super tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Dubai mit direktem Zugang zur Dubai-Mall. Absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Personal liest jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, tolles Bad, Technik die begeistert ( Zimmertemperatur,Fernseher, alles mit iPad einstellbar) Alles ist absolut super.

Direkter Zugang zur Mall
Wir waren nur 2 Tage in Dubai und die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Mit ein paar Schritten gelangt man von der Lobby direkt in die Mall. Auch das Burj Khalifa liegt in Gehdistanz, wenn man die Hitze erträgt. Sonst sind es mit dem Taxi nur ein paar Minuten um die Ecke. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Aufgepasst, dass Sie den Namen ganz erwähnen: Der Fahrer von Emirates brachte uns zuerst ins falsche The Adress Dubai Downtown, das gleich daneben liegt. Das Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Suite für drei Erwachsene gebucht, leider hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht damit gerechnet wurde, dass tatsächlich drei Erwachsene anreisen. Für die dritte Schlafgelegenheit (leider nur ein Reisebett) mussten pro Nacht noch einmal ca. 30 € nachgezahlt werden. Frühstück gibt es von 06.30 Uhr bis 11.00 Uhr, das ist sehr schön - jedoch sollte die Zeit zwischen 08.30 Uhr und 9.30 Uhr nicht unbedingt gewählt werden, da machte das Personal einen deutlich überforderten Eindruck.

My family recently stayed did two nights. The check in process was disorganized and the rooms were not ready on time. Delay was luggage transfer. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The concierge at the hotel sold adult priced tickets to Dubai frame to the kids in the group and insisted that there were no kids prices which was found to be incorrect. At check out a wake up call and assistance with luggage was requested which were both not provided. Overall very good location, very clean but the service could be better. Not sure if I would stay again and definitely would avoid buying tickets to local attractions through the concierge.

Unfortunately disappointing
On my first day, the hotel woke us up 4 times in the middle of the night because of some mistakes and errors they had, even though they gave us an upgrade but it was still unforgivable, and on the next day, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking as I was sitting, thankfully I was not changing or anything, disappointing.

Inspite of my office paying AED 10000 on 17 Jun to cover incidental expenses during my stay - the hotel front desk still asked me to pay for the the same. My office has coordinated several times for the same. The miss communication and do not coordinate clearly. The billing process is also very difficult - they do not send bills on timely manner. They claim to send on emails but dont unless you follow up endlessly.

Inspite of my office paying AED 10000 on 17 Jun to cover incidental expenses during my stay - the hotel front desk still asked me to pay for the the same. My office has coordinated several times for the same. The miss communication and do not coordinate clearly. The billing process is also very difficult - they do not send bills on timely manner. They claim to send on emails but dont unless you follow up endlessly.

Room was excellent, water pressure was so fun for shower and amenities are so good. Top notch gym and pool. Breakfast though needs to have more variety but not bad. Room for improvement in that category buffet breakfast

Awesome Hotel, convenient location as it is attached to Dubai Mall. Friendly and courteous staff. Maria at front desk is just awesome helped me check-in and also was there when I was checking out, she remembered my name and even my room number very friendly and nice. I have stayed at Address hotel Dubai Mall before also it has been renovated since then, its a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is delicious and have many items, will be staying there again, Insha’Allah.
