## 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

**Dubai Mall Units:**
All check-ins and check-outs take place at the **3rd Floor / P10 Holiday Homes Area**, where our team will be available to assist you.

**Address Opera Units:**
Check-in and check-out are completed at the **main residential lobby**.

## 📋 Guest Registration Before Arrival

In accordance with Dubai Tourism requirements, all guests must be registered before check-in.

Please provide:

• Full names of **all guests, including children**
• A copy of the **passport or Emirates ID for each guest**

Access cards can only be issued once all required guest documentation has been received.

## 🚘 Parking & Vehicle Registration

A designated parking space will be provided for your apartment.

To arrange vehicle registration and smooth access to the building, please send us:

• Vehicle color
• Make and model
• License plate number

Please use **only the parking space assigned to your apartment** and follow all building and community parking regulations.

## 🚭 Smoking

For the comfort and safety of everyone, **smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in indoor common areas**.

Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas provided by the property.

## 🗑️ Garbage Disposal

Please dispose of household waste in the **garbage room on your floor**, located opposite the Series 17 apartments.

Please keep your access cards and keys safe throughout your stay.

Any lost or unreturned access card or key may result in a replacement charge. Please return all cards and keys to our team at check-out.

## 🧺 Towels & Linens

Fresh, professionally cleaned towels and linens are provided for your stay.

We kindly ask you to treat them with care. Charges may apply for items that are excessively stained, damaged, or require replacement.

## 🛑 Noise, Parties & Gatherings

Creston Suites is located within a residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the peace and privacy of other residents.

**Parties, loud music, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.**

Please observe quiet hours and keep noise at a considerate level throughout your stay.

## 🐾 Pets

We love animals, but **pets are not permitted** at the property.

## 🚫 Illegal or Prohibited Activities

Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule may result in **immediate eviction without a refund** and may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Dubai law.

## 🏊 Use of Building Amenities

Registered guests are welcome to enjoy the building`s shared facilities, including the **swimming pool and gym**.

Please follow all facility instructions and posted rules and use the amenities responsibly.

For safety and security, building amenities are available **only to registered guests**.

# 💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for each stay and is processed through the **Airbnb Resolution Center**:

• **AED 500** – 1 access card
• **AED 600** – 2 access cards

The deposit will be fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or house-rule violations.

If you forget to request the refund, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

All applicable fees and penalties must be settled before check-out.

For **Airbnb reservations**, any applicable charges will be processed **exclusively through the Airbnb Resolution Center and in accordance with Airbnb`s policies**.

### 💵 House Rules Violation Fee – USD 300

A **USD 300 House Rules Violation Fee** may apply when a guest breaches the property`s house rules.

This fee helps cover the additional cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and administrative work that may be required following a violation. It also helps us protect the property and maintain a high-quality experience for future guests.
