Getting around Business Bay is effortless. The area is well-connected with public transportation options, including the Dubai Metro, water taxis, and easy access to main roads like Sheikh Zayed Road. The apartment's location ensures a seamless commute to key attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Downtown. For travelers, we offer an optional premium airport pickup service at an extra cost, making trips to and from Dubai International Airport both convenient and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

Dubai is a rapidly developing city, and as such, there are construction activity in surrounding areas. The Terraces Marasi Drive building is located next to a neighbouring building currently under construction. While this is outside of our control, we wanted to share this in advance so guests are fully informed prior to booking.



• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.

• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.

• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.


• This is a holiday home not a hotel.
