Es haben schon so viele Bewerter geschrieben. Es bleibt nichts mehr übrig. Man könnte ja denken, dann suche ich mal nach was Negativem. Allerdings: Es gibt nichts! Hier sind nicht nur Vollprofis am Werk, sondern dazu alle Mitarbeiter, die wir kennenlernen durften, das perfekt umzusetzen, was es braucht, um es perfekt zu machen. Das Tollste zuerst: Renaissance Bett. Das bequemste Bett der Welt. Das Hotel ist in einem top Zustand. Es ist neu, blitzsauber und die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Gratis Shuttlebus zur Mall und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr nützlich. Der Manager vom Hotel kam angerannt, als ich beim Checkout sagte, ich wäre nicht super happy. Ich hatte keine Antwort auf meine email erhalten, aber da konnte er ja nichts dafür. Er war ihm extrem wichtig, wir sehr zufrieden waren. Darum sage ich: immer wieder gerne: Renaissance ist super in allen Städten, Dubai ist toll.

Wunderschönes und neues Hotel an einer guten Lage mit Canal View und Nähe zur Downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall usw. Das Renaissance Team war äussersts hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer wie auch Restaurans sind top. Besonder zu empfehlen das inhouse Morimoto Restaurant.

Neues modernes Hotel an der Business Bay
Tolles neues Hotel, sehr modern eingerichtet. Sehr großes, schön aufgeteiltes Zimmer, sehr viel Platz für Koffer und Kleidung ohne im Raum zu stören. Schönes gemütliches Café in der Lobby. Der Downtown Bereich um den Burj Khalifa ist ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen (15-20min) Shuttlebus zur Dubai Mall, immer schnell ein Taxi bekommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!!! Es gibt einfach nichts zu bemängeln!

Zentrales, Preiswertes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Haben uns in unserem Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt, es war sehr gross, topmodern eingerichtet und auch sehr preiswert. Es fehlte an nichts, auch die Restaurants im Hotel waren professionell und kulinarisch top. Würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, die Ausstattung sowie der Service für den Preis ist unschlagbar.

Stayed in many hotels but this is the best
Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future. The location is also amazing as its approx 15 minutes walk to the main downtown area too.

To the staff at St Regis downtown Dubai As a 58 male so called African America from Chicago I never experienced such hostility, kindness, in my life. Thanks you for making my first trip off the American continent a delight. I was able to save and visit the great city Dubai and stay a luxury hotel and experience happiness on another level . God bless you all Anthony from Nigeria Usef and security who found the wife’s phone The service at Basta and Tabu restaurants The people who flagged down a taxi The people opening the door to the elevator at the Hotel EVERYTIME. The service at in the mezzanine (smoking area) Every time my wife went out for a smoke they were there with at beautiful attitude, The SMILE and attitude of all the workers is what the world needs! GOD bless you ALL!!😃 because of you I FELT IMPORTANT FOR A SHORT WHILE! Short but sweet stay
Our short stay at the St. Regis was great! Check in took no more than 5 mins and is where we were notified of our upgraded room. The room was clean, spacious, with a nice view of the canal. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was excellent (tasty food, nice size portions, friendly service).

St Regis was very attentive to our group. They up keep of this hotel was top tier. The signature fragrance was amazing. As soon as I got home, I ordered their diffuser set. Their breakfast, although expensive, was delicious. The spa was beautiful. Butler service was always on time. My suite was overlooking the water with a gorgeous view. It was a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
