« Guest support did not sort out our internet connection throughout our stay. We were unable to connect wifi at home with our friends, all were coming abroad with laptops and mobilephones. i dont recommend this guest support to anyone who will stay here. Plus we paid 1544 AED city tax which there was no information on booking. Please be aware on booking on hidden charges. »

« The villa is truly wonderful, 3 floors, 4 spacious all ensuite double bedrooms, beautiful gardens and pool. Terrace with jacuzzi and lounge on the 3rd floor was a bit hit with the teens and young adults. Ahmad the host was great, super responsive and attentive. Cleaning team and gardeners also wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. Worth every penny! »

« The property double booked and left my family stranded for over an hour in the heat of Dubai. Took over an hour to contact them after the check in time and relocated my family to a 3 bedroom villa which wasn’t properly cleaned when I had a total of 9 people with me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. »

« The overall stay was very good. The J5 team was very accommodating and made the experience extremely good. The only downside was that the AC in the main hall was not working properly and it got quite hot. Besides that all was very good and extremely clean. Highly recommend this place »
