„This was a sweet house. Very clean, with lots of places to sit outside. Unfortunately for us, we did not have good weather, so we were restricted to indoors. Anyone thinking of renting should be warned that there is a single bath on the 1st floor, with 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is small - with a single small table and only 2 chairs, so, meals were around the couch. the kitchen is small, but well for incidentals like spices. „This home is great for a peaceful get-away. With the exception of one other home nearby, it's almost on its own, so it's quiet enough to enjoy the sounds of nature. A short drive took us down through a neighborhood to sit by the lake. Back at the house, it was nice to end evenings watching the bright stars from the porch. Sherry was very responsive and friendly when we had questions.“

„The outdoor space on this property is stunning. There is a lot of outdoor space to entertain and the views are so pretty. Would be amazing for a summer party. The inside was very musty when we first got there and we had to go out and get candles to chase away the smell. By the next day it was pretty much gone so I’m thinking it just hadn’t been used in a while.“

„We had a wonderful stay for our family of 4. The kids very much enjoyed the big yard and the game room in the basement. There are also TONS of things to do in the area! Multiple wineries, a Safari Park, a State Park with a beach, Hiking, Kayaking, Canoeing. Lots of fishing, including right in your own back yard in the New River! „Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining.
