« The home was in very poor condition and not clean. Hair in all the beds (the bed sheets weren’t cleaned before we arrived), brown handprints on walls, blood spots on the floor. Poor communication with the rental owner and we couldn’t get access to the home upon arrival and no response from rental owner when I reached out for help. « I booked this and then two weeks before coming had to change my dates by one day. They couldn't accommodate me so i asked if i could postpone my trip to another time as I come often to Durham. They said no. I then got snowed in the blizzard and missed two out of the 3 nights i had booked. I arrived at 830pm the 3rd night to a freezing home. 46 degrees. The heating was broken.
