« I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely! »

« Check-in was easy and the house was very clean. If you like a location in a peaceful setting in the woods listening to a babbling brook, this is the perfect house for your stay. It is a short drive to the NOC but worth the serenity. Lots of porch area for family hangout, and places to hang boat gear for drying. »

« This is a beautiful craftsman style home on a wonderful street in West Asheville! We could walk to various establishments, had a great kitchen, two very comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom! Kristin was a great host and communicated from start to finish, and had nice clear directions in the home. « House was lovely and as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, shower had great pressure, and kitchen was well stocked. My dog appreciated the couch cover so he could snuggle. The location is walkable to a lot as long as you're good with hills. The cookies left for us were delicious. The owner does live upstairs, but we hardly noticed her. »
