Hotel Réserve naturelle de Eagle Bluffs

« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »

« The room was clean and well outfitted, plenty of power options next to the bed for electronic devices. Bathroom is well appointed with a good shower (water is nice and warm with plenty of pressure). Comfortable bedding. Breakfast is good; several good options and a clean and attractive dining area. The employees are polite and pleasant. The parking is limited- most of the parking is behind the building with no direct way in if you park before checking in. »

« No real interaction with the staff bc i had to pre register before arrival so all they did was hand a key to me and give me directions to my room. Clean, quiet, comfy, large room. Breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs were salty. Typical yougurt, bread, gravy, pancakes, cereal, coffee, and juice. »

« The room was nice specially the bathroom but it did need a bit upkeep to a few spots on walls. Freezer needs to thaw out ice buildup. »
