„This place has a glorious past and it could be so much better with little effort and a little bit of maintenance. Our room (a superior double) had plaster coming off the wall. Personnel wears no uniform and show little interest in customers , so you don’t really know if they work there or are just clients hanging around until you explicitly ask. At which point they act between surprised and annoyed. Breakfast was surprisingly good, but served on tables so greasy I was expecting the dishes to ...

„A Hampton Inn as known. Always very satisfied with düthe rooms and service.“

„Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight ...

„Passt soweit. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, bei dem man sehr viel Müll produziert. Nicht zu viel erwarten“

„I was traveling with my daughter and was in need of accommodations close to W&L. This charming motel was exactly what we needed, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get a chance to explore all that was offered. The motel staff was very helpful given our late arrival due to flight complications. I required assistance getting to the airport and found the front desk staff very helpful in facilitating a car service last minute.“

„Had an issue with air conditioner. But they accommodated me with a fan. But think they should have given a discount because it was two days before air was fixed. Other than that the staff was nice. Internet was a little slow.“

„Staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel is being renovated, but we experienced no problems.“

„Awesome hotel. I love staying at Tru. I always get a kick out of them putting our name on the tv as a welcome. The breakfast is amazing. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but the pillows are great. Staff was super nice.“

„Hotel in historischem Ambiente, toller Aufenthalt!“

„Conveniently close to the highway, but isn't located on a busy street. Diner in the parking lot.“

„Room was clean and breakfast warm. Didn't interact much with staff, but when I did they were helpful.“

„Check in was slow and confusing. Chair in room was so threadbare, you could see the stuffing. Lamp was dusty. Walls were so thin, tv from other room was coming right through the wall. Breakfast was extremely limited. I’ve never seen such a limited breakfast, and it was only open until 9:30am on a Sunday. The shampoo provided was a tiny shampoo bar. I really should have given a lower score. I guess I’m too nice“
