„Was given a room where smoke detector was damaged and dangling down from the ceiling, ceiling paint was cracked near the smoke detector, paint was damaged near doors, and tv screen crackled until it warmed up (ran for +10 minutes).“

„Tv was broken the top half was so dark you could barely watch tv, stains on bedding and towels, can hear the bar all night, could hear loud banging through the vents when went to see what it was it was a man stabbing the metal bars outside the hotel door with an ice pick at 8am for 20mins. No wifi card in room burnt out light bulb and ridiculous cost for off sale. 60 for two 6packs and one was all dented beer in a paper bag. People smoke outside the doors and under the influence from the bar. ...

„Booked through Expedia. Booking was confirmed through Expedia with a confirmation number. Drove 4 hours to the city where we believed our room was confirmed. At 7 pm I recieved an email asking “how our check in was”. This was odd considering we weren’t at the hotel yet. At 8 pm we arrived at the hotel to check in.
