„The building is charming and clean and location is beautiful, but the structure is a bit quirky w BR and the only BA on first floor, kitchen & LR on 2nd and additional sleeping space on 3rd (late night bathroom visits are potentially awkward as climbing steps may be, especially for elderly. No problem for just wife and I.My biggest gripe is communication as the host responded to questions, but I wasn't notified and didn't know he replied until I inadvertantly saw the reply days later. „My family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this condo and are counting the days until we can go back. My 8 year old had the best time running around making new friends with kids in neighboring condos and the rest of us loved sitting out on the lanai drinking coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Communication with the owners was great and check in was very easy. An added bonus was the beach gear that was provided. “
