« The elevator needs help. It shifts up and down after reaching the floor and the doors open. »

« The staff were very sweet, nice and welcoming but we experience a lot of ants in the room. »

« We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for. »

« We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often »
