« I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the severe issues my family experienced during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the conditions and service failures we encountered made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for.
