« Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. « there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

« Great place!! Loved the new movie theatre vibe downstairs. Very responsive and even left snacks! Place was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. Also had lots of space for everyone. »

« The very defination of Rancid. This place was so disguesting I have no idea how its listed as 4 something star on expedia. Every single room managed ti have a different, bad small. Main lobby smelt like weed, hallways and room musty and dirty, bathrooms like tobacco. I found 3 different roaches in various parts of the room over the stay, my "clean sheets" had several stains on my arrival. The "King" bed uses the frame of two twins, the mini fridge was totally frosted over and lowing its temp...

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again.
