"La chambre studio est spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal à seulement quelques mètres de la station Dutch Kills. Le quartier est safe, le personnel arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est complet, il faut y aller tôt car à partir de 8h beaucoup de monde. La salle de sport est très bien équipée de machines modernes, la laverie à disposition est pratique et il y a même une salle de jeux pour les enfants. Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour NYC ! "

"Trop de bruit a cette hotel le train passe a chaque 10 minutes matin midi soor et petite heures nocturne. Enplus il y a un club en dessous donc on entend la musique aussi. Pas de stationnement et pas de frigo dans la chambre. Jai demander un remboursement jattend toujours "

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"
