« The view from the cottage is outstanding. A long wooden table in the conservatory to sit about 8 people. There are comfy chairs too to relax in. The lounge is kind of rustic and a wee bit dark during the day. Ample table lamps to give a nice aura when it’s dark. I think there is way too much furniture in the room to be honest. « The Gate House is exactly as described. The property is small but very well appointed (in fact, it felt the perfect size). The host was quick to respond to queries and both thoughtful and detailed in replies. The views of the surrounding landscape are beautiful. The hot tub is nice. « If it's peace and quiet you want in lovely surrondings, this is the place. It's immaculately clean with everything you need for a self catering break. The view from the lounge, bedroom and conservatory are amazing with lush green fields as far as the eye can see. The host is lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in quite surrondings. »
