« This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny. »

« Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it. »

« IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

« If you are looking for a perfect location on the Malecon at Salinas and want to stay at a roomy location with character, look no further. From initial conversations until the final check out, our experience with the property manager was outstanding! The only downside was the sound of the clubs nearby on Friday and Saturday nights. The kitchen was huge! The bathroom were updated. We loved the ability to spread out in the property! Loved the front door access to Malecon and the beach! This...
