« The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host! »

« The house was clean and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The great room has a large TV and was comfortable. The host Stephen was quick to respond to a question that we had about the vehicle parking clearance below the home. Gentleman Pirate was perfect for our stay 12/28/25 - 1/2/26. »

« I would not suggest this place or host to anyone. The place had not been cleaned and was filthy. We spent 2 hours cleaning before we could unpack. When we notified host with pics she offered to have someone clean it, but we had already checked in at 9pm the night before and cleaned it. We asked her to work with us on the cleaning fee since it had not been cleaned for us and she ignored that part of the conversation. I feel after giving her two chances to make the situation right by discounting...

« The place is very cute and clean. Great location! The owner is very responsive and friendly. There were some miscommunications between the cleaning staff and the owner regarding preparations for our visit, and some issues with the water heater, but both were resolved quickly. »
