« We had a wonderful getaway with 6 family members (including my 96 y/o Father-in-Law) and our 2 puppies. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby. « This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! »

« We could not be more excited for our stay in this amazing mountain property! There were eight of us in town for a 50 mile race and the house met all our needs. The hot tub was a huge draw for us as a post race recovery. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and so were the bathrooms. « This place was perfect for our stay. Our daughter and her fiancé got married in town, this place was perfect for everything! Getting ready the morning of, having people stop by for a snack or dinner. The kitchen was perfect for preparing the different amount of food we had. It’s not far from town nor far from a lot of different activities. We plan to stay there again! »

« Gorgeous, spacious property!!! Very comfortable furnishings, beds and a fantastically well appointed kitchen. Excellent set up to accommodate our pets.
