„Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property!“

„We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). „This home worked well for our family. It was an easy one block walk to the beach. The wagon allowed us to load up chairs, toys and bags in one load. Having a pool was a bonus and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. The pool is shared with the other unit, but at least in our case, it was not a problem. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped well enough for light cooking and meal prep. We enjoyed our stay. “

With the 19 steps to main floor, it was a struggle with me (76 years old, 2 knee replacements and major back surgery). The moving in and out was very difficult.
