„This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. „Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. Its location on a main road makes it convenient to the highway and both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, with many good restaurants, groceries, and shops within a 3 minute drive.
