Comfortable king size bed in a good sized room. Lack of a toaster and some basic plates or cutlery was disappointing but otherwise the motel is well maintained and clean.

What like the most were Irish staff were lovely in the tavern and reception unlike the Australian girl in the Tavern. What I didn’t like was the dirty sheets that had grass seed and dots of blood and hair. They definitely were not changed

The service was shocking! Nothing close, didnt get any if the orders for dinner right... best thing was the ease of parking & the lack of people (no wonder why)

Always a good sleep at The Mayfair, clean and quiet. Just wish they had a more comfortable chair to sit on as the ones in the room and not great for sitting on and relaxing. Other than that the food is always good and the staff are polite.

Great stay. The property had an amazing buffet breakfast close to the tavern. The rooms were super clean and tidy and the bed was so comfy aswell.

We had to ask for another room after the one we were in had cockroaches in the bed. There was also no soap in the room. The staff member working in the drive through bottle shop next door was very helpful and was able to arrange another room. The 2nd room was good, had soap and no cockroaches. I know I won't be staying at this motel again.

Overall comfortable and well priced. Salt restaurant provided very nice meals at a reasonable price. Very convenient. We were disappointed with the lack of information in the room as there was no compendium.

The Wotif booking and email system is easy to use but confirmed a room when it’s not available, when we are the staff was unhelpful and blamed the booking system, due to the room not being available we had to drive approx an hr out of way to find a room. I haven’t received a cancellation email and there is a transaction pending on my credit card.

Was a large complex and so most of my friends and out of town delegates could stay in the one facility where the 3 day conference was held also - so that was very convenient.

Unfortunately new owners . Obviously struggling financially. Lacking sufficient staff especially when serving dinner Food from the tavern was acceptable . Eventually sorted our accommodation . Suites too small for four.

The room was a good size . Thats about it . The smell in the room was of damp and smelly old socks. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

I didn't stay this night and was told i would get a refund and didn't. Staff were never available to speak to as they only have one manager, but lovely to speak to when available. we finally changed the booking times, fingers crossed the experience is better

Great location with a pub and restaurant on site. Rooms are basic but have all the amenities. Very busy when we were there but not noisy Would stay again
