« We were not informed of the internet password. We did not have any hotel information available as it transpires the info booklets were behind ghe reception desk. We also tried to walk into the town but could not because the gate is coded. We did not know this prior to walking as we had no info. The radiator in the bathroom was scolding hot. We did advise reception and supposedly it was repaired. Sadly it was not .. we slept with three windows open and two fans running all night! Interestingly...
