The carpets could use a cleaning especially on the steps from the nook to the family room and the kitchen cabinets were kind of sticky (they could use cleaning). It was old, although clean, but the description on the website said kitchen and it was a kitchenette, therefore, we were not able to make some of the meals we brought. The layout of the room was poor and we only had a loveseat to sit on, not a full couch. The tv was exceptionally small for the space. The only other positive other than the cleanliness, the view was fantastic. »
