Clean, rustic and very homey all at once :-) When we arrived the A/C wasn’t working properly but Anthony was very responsive and had his HVAC company there promptly to fix the issue. „This was a great property! Clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the screened porch. There was a big field to the side where we did our “camping Olympics” and great for the dog to run around. The creek was good for floating and there were some nice trails. Close to a grocery store but still completely secluded. „This was our second time staying at this property. Obviously we loved it the first time. Our experience was just as good the avacation. The kids loved playing on the boat and going down the slides. They enjoyed the creek and paths in the woods and had many adventures with pirates, princesses and fairies. They enjoyed feeding the fish as well. Everyone, including the adults enjoyed the swings. „This cozy cabin in the woods was everything we hoped for. Mother nature did not disappoint. We saw deer daily! We enjoyed all the amenities and found the nearby Berkeley Springs, East Broad Top Railroad and Delgrosso amusement park fun for the whole family. The jetted tub did not work. I found this a little disappointing since we kept the hot tub at a lower temp so the whole family could enjoy it. Overall, we loved it and would recommend to anyone. “

„We stayed for 3 nights. Secluded cabin on the side of a hill up a gravel road from the main road. You could see neighbors, but they were not close. This made it very peaceful to sleep and sit on the great front porch. Although it felt remote, we were less than 10 minutes away from the main entrance to Lake Raystown and 20 or 30 minutes from the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my family of four and would have fit more ...

„Wow! is all I can say about this property. My family and I had the most amazing time staying at the cabin for a few days. It is equipped with everything a family would need.
