„This is a 2-bedroom lodge with a kitchen/living area and bathroom. It is in a community of several lodges, some holiday lets, and some homes. The lodge had everything we needed for a 6-day stay. We found exactly what we needed for day-tripping and we would return if we were back in that area“

Only issue was high back chair that was damaged with no note to say it had been noticed and or reported, we emailed Cottages.com but no reply ! „The modern kitchen, beautiful grounds and historic stairways and rooms were so clean and comfortable for us. I was impressed because it’s not easy to keep such an old property in such a clean condition! I even had a bath one night. We loved exploring the woods and small stream around the house as well as getting out to other spots around Scotland. The house was out of the way but easily accessible even for those used to driving on the other side of the road! Loved our time here. Only downside ...
