« Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. « Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). « Modern, comfortable house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach passes. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout.
