„Waren nun schon zum dritten Mal hier und fanden es wieder super schön. Das Haus wird gut gepflegt, der Kontakt zur Verwalterin ist super und es ist fĂŒr uns perfekt. Man braucht schon ein Auto, aber dafĂŒr kann man auch mal andere Perlen entdecken, so ist zum Beispiel das nahe gelegene Elche echt sehenswert. Wir wĂŒrden uns sehr freuen, mal wieder zu Gast sein zu dĂŒrfen. Tom und Familie“

„L'appartamento ù situato in una zona tranquilla e signorile. È assolutamente delizioso, pulito, ben accessoriato e dotato di tutti i comfort. A pochi minuti dalla splendida spiaggia dei carabassi e da tutti i servizi commerciali utili. La piscina ù davvero carina e rilassante. Speriamo di poterci ritornare prima o poi.“

„The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing“

„Great location. The pool was quite small, not as described. The beds were very comfortable including memory foam toppers. A number of resteraunts and shops were local to the villa, approx 15 minutes walk. There is a Lidl and Aldi approx 15 minutes walk too.“

„We are a group of 6 women who come to this area every year and this year we chose this lovely villa. We each had our own room. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet on ground floor. With kitchen and living room open plan. 2nd floor is self contained with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen and living room then the top floor is self contained again with 1 bedroom, shower room and kitchen and a huge terrace. The only 1 negative would be that to reach the pool you have to go up the ...

„Platz genug fĂŒr 5 Erwachsene, schöne Lage, nette Gastgeberin. Endreinigung kostet 120 !, wir mussten Teller, Besteck und einiges an Kochgeschirr vor dem ersten Gebracuch spĂŒllen, weil alles nicht sauber war, in den Bodenecken lagen Haare. Das Haus ist etwas Ă€lter und die WĂ€nde könnten einen Anstrich vertragen. FĂŒr Gesamtpreis im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. “

„The apartment has no hot water in either thekitchen or the bathroom wash basin. The only hot water is in the shower. The electricity supply is weak. If a heater is on at the same time as the kettle the main switch trips and everything goes off. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift-66 steps to climb. Anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage could find this impossible. Generally the apartment was built in the 1970s and little has changed. It may have been acceptable then ...
