« Arrived at property and host Henrique and Carlos were there to meet me. Property was in very good condition and all amenities were in good working order including hot water. Property is also in good location with easy access for parking. Its in a quiet area of the city which is also good and a short car journey to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Scotty »

« My stay was incredible, the reception workers were incredibly helpful and had good communication, the area is very clean and calm, the residents of the neighborhood seem to me to be very friendly people. « A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet. So I can't recommend it at all, as the house owner didn't care a damn thing and didn't reply to any emails or messages. I had to pay for the second apartment myself, so the...

"J'ai été contraint de quitter l'hôtel dès le 4 mai en raison de conditions de séjour totalement inadmissibles. Pendant deux jours, il n'y avait aucune eau courante - une situation tout simplement inacceptable dans un pays où la chaleur et l'humidité sont extrêmes. Nous devions nous contenter d'un seau d'eau froide pour tous nos besoins essentiels, y compris pour se laver. C'est indigne, insalubre et dangereux pour la santé. À cela s'ajoutent des cafards dans la chambre, aucun système d'aération, et aucune assistance malgré mes alertes immédiates et l'envoi de preuves photographiques. Aucun relogement ne m'a été proposé. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement, à éviter absolument si vous tenez à un minimum de confort et d'hygiène."
