« The cottage is great for a small family in a great location, perfectly located in the shops valley area. Easy access to Castleton and great walks from the front door. Bradwell has good pubs that are dog friendly, a coop food store and a good chippy, all in great value for money »

« Really enjoyed our short break in owl cottage, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, The owner met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome!! We absolutely love Derbyshire and next time will definitely be stopping longer. 😁👍 »

« The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it. »

« This was the perfect place for a long weekend away. The place was incredibly cozy, and provided a lovely place from rest and relaxation. The bathtub is AMAZING and the location was perfect - beautiful views all round, a lovely walk along a river, and a pub! It was nice to not be right in the centre of Bakewell but was still incredibly convenient. Highly recommend! »

« We where welcomed in with a few Essentials like fresh bread, cookies, fresh farmed milk and butter. The hut was very tidy and clean kids loved the farm animals right outside the door. Charlotte (host) let the kids feed the animals, was very quite and we enjoyed our getaway from the hustle and bustle off London city. Best part was the fire pit at night where we all sat down and enjoyed our marshmallows and hot chocolate, was a shame that they ran out off wood log. Will most definitely be visiting...

« Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size »

« Property was very nicely decorated with a cosy feel with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Location was great - nice and rural, but close to Tideswell and Monsel Head. In the couple of days we were there we visited Bakewell, Hathersage and walked Castleton and Mam Tor. We love the area and would certainly stay here again. »

« A lovely weekend away with a group of friends. We spent 2 nights and we’re so delighted with the dairy, which was warm, comfortable and stylish. We drove a short way from the farm to do a fabulous walk around kinderscout and took in kinderfall Williams clough. Had a fantastic meal at the bulls head in foolow. I would definitely recommend this property »
