« My husband and I were looking for a peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle and we found it here! The cabin was small; perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed fishing the ponds, looking at the stars, and just being in nature. The property is beautiful, the hosts are quick with responses, and seeing all the animals was so fun! Denali even came to our cabin a few times to take a quick nap - she's a great pup! »

Fishing was excellent, location was peaceful, and Denali (the lab)was the best host! Scott and Carrie made sure we were safe and informed throught our trip. « Everything was great! We loved the place and the proximity of closeness to the lake. Very clean. My only thing is is that itDoes seem to take some time to get back with ya on questions we had. But really no big deal. We didn’t have anything urgent come up. Would definitely love to come back. »

« We loved our stay at this cute and cozy efficiency apartment in Emporia! It was clean, quiet, and the perfect size for a short stay. The location is very walkable—just a short stroll to downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was super easy, even though we arrived very late, and the host provided clear instructions.
