„We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. While this property didn't advertise ADA accessebility the nature of the the floor plan as well as only one step into the house suited our needs perfectly. We were able to navigate the wheelchair throughout the whole house with ease due to the open floorplan. She gave us great recommendations for our stay, including beautiful nearby sights. I appreciated the easy access to expressways and the cozy, homey feel of the place. There were normal older-house noises (creaking wood, can faintly hear conversations upstairs), which are noted in the listing and remedied by the noise-reducing items for use (white noise machines, ear plugs, box fan)! „Overall, the property and process were great. The property is a basement that's got everything you need, plus, it's cute and cozy. The yard is amazing and you get to say hi to the cats as you go in and out. The bed is super comfy too. The property is in a fabulous location with easy access to coffee, food, and more and it's just blocks from the Alberta Arts District.
