„It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.“

„The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. “

„The best bed! The decor was nice. We found several beaches nearby that we really enjoyed. It was difficult to find the property at checkin because the apartment address was not visible from the road. A nice neighbor showed us after we drove back and forth for some time. We wished there was a real kitchen, but we did use the coffee maker and the wifi. We had to go out for meals. Sitting by the lake was so peaceful and the area is lovely.“

„We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. “
