„The reception at the front desk was very friendly but took 30 minutes, because the technology apparently was not properly mastered. After a long flight a no go! In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. „We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. „It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. „Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room. “

„This was our annual family vacation. There are 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids). The property is outstanding. Very scenic. We saw deer and fox and hiked the trail on the property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Be sure to go by the house first before going to the store. Short drives to all the sights in the area. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Diana & Matt for being such great hosts. “

"Auf unserem Trip durch die USA war dies -bis jetzt- die beste Unterkunft. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Hygieneprodukte in kleinen Fläschchen waren. Hier wären vielleicht große Spender sinnvoller."

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
