« Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM. »

« The parking was easy. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and updated. There is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. Staff was more curt than courteous. Decent experience. Would stay here again if I were ever in Limon. »

« Very cozy and clean. It has charm that new and newly remodeled hotels do not have. For example, the coffee cups were ceramic, instead of paper. »

« We love staying here! It’s so quiet and it’s perfect for us to be completely relaxed. The last day we came out the door to several deer just foraging and hanging out with us! Not tame mind you but they got really close to us when we were getting things into our car! »

« To be honest, we didn't stay. Place looked deserted except for minimal staff. Looks like it could be a nice place, but everything shut down. Conversation with staff indicated some financial issue at play. We were advised that it might be best if we found other accommodations. We did.. »
