„Die Anlage befindet sich in einem guten Zustand, Verbesserungen sind immer Möglich. Sehr großzügige Wohneinheit mit guter Ausstattung. Vier Wohnungen je Haus und ausreichend Parkplätze. Gastronomie ist nicht direkt vorhanden, dass Auto muss halt immer benutzt werden. Ich kann es weiter empfehlen für ein paar Tage.“

„Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions.“

„This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground ...

„We had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Flagler Beach did not disappoint and neither did our accommodations. Very close beach access, so many restaurants, and beautiful sunrises from the deck. We rode our bikes all over. Our host was so accommodating, wonderful little touches, everything we would need, and quick to respond to questions. We will most definitely book this house again!“

„This space was perfect for my family and our friends! The community pools, fitness center and proximity to the beach was wonderful! I only wish the spa was listed as a pool as the heater did not heat past 90. Could use a few more bath towels and pans for cooking but overall was stocked with the necessities! Would stay again!“

„I rented properties for the past 11 years and usually stay 1 to 3 months at the properties. This was the first time there was no gas in the grill and I was told I had to supply the propane??? I’m not sure this grill is functional since I had to reinstall heat shields on burners. Unacceptable!!!!! The grill should be functional at the start!!!!! Property management should take down the picture of the grill 😡 or make sure it’s working!!!!!“

„Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in was no issue and the management was company was easy to reach. Both door handles and locks on the two ground floor doors are in such bad shape they need to be completely replaced. I had to use a screwdriver just to temporarily keep the back door closed and locked. I let management know and so hopefully this will get fixed. Place was otherwise clean and the kitchen had every utensil, dish, spice etc you could need.“

„The house is very comfortable and clean and has just about everything you need. We brought our dog and stayed at the house most of the time. Went for early morning walks on the nearby dog friendly beaches and enjoyed the heated pool and BBQ grill. Don't expect to find some little things like tin foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, laundry detergent or anything in the fridge (condiments) as it is cleaned out as referenced in the description.
