„The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with.“

„We had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful property and well supplied with anything you may need. The host, Carla was so sweet and very responsive to any requests. Only had two minor things and they were taken care of immediately. We went to the zoo, botanical gardens, Stone Mountain and the park, all very close. Also had family movie night in the theatre room 💜💜 We definitely recommend this place for a fun family vacation. Thank you again Carla💜“

„Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day. ...

„House was fully stocked with towels and things of that nature. Property itself was as promised. Any issue that arose during the trip was very swiftly resolved with one message to the property management. Who was very eager and ready to help at any time day or night. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would Definately recommend to anybody looking for a nice peaceful trip.“

„This little basement apartment had plenty of room for us. The kitchen is just a kitchenette, but it does have 2 mini fridges, so adequate space. Hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave. The sink is very tiny. We were disappointed to find there was no bath soap or shampoo provided. The bed under the stairs was not comfortable, but the couch was, so we used that instead. Nicely decorated and fairly clean.“

„Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. "Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten außerhalb von Atlanta und war vom Flughafen aus gut zu erreichen. Wir kamen erst spät an aber der Check Inn war problemlos und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns noch ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gegeben. Vor Ort gibt es 24h Kaffee an der Rezeption. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber in der Umgebung gab es genügend Essensmöglichkeiten. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt um Atlanta und Umgebung zu erkunden kann man die Unterkunft empfehlen."
