« Jenny, We arrived at the residence, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, neighborhood. It felt right at home. We had the bridal rehearsal party at the residence and it was a hit! My grandson was elated and really enjoyed the party. That is exactly what we were looking for. The place was big enough as we thought it would be. I was born and raised in Wichita many, many years ago and brought back a lot of memories. Thank you, Thank you..... »

« I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again! »

« Great views from inside house or on back patio. Very quiet and peaceful. House was clean and very well set up for our stay. Ask host for something and was take care right away. Would stay again and recommend highly! »
