« Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. "Attention c'est hôtel n'a pas de restaurant, il est situé dans une zone calme au centre avec peu de restauration autour, c'est le seul point négatif."

"Chambre propre. Un souci à l arrivée avec un lit pliable au lieu d un vrai lit. On a demandé l echange le lendemain matin, ce qui a été fait. On regrette que la première nuit ait été compliquée. Il manquait un jeu de serviettes alors que la réservation précisait 3 personnes. Même chose pour les tasses de thé/café. Cela dit, l hôtel a su résoudre rapidement ces manques et c est ce qui compte. Personne n est à l abri d une erreur. Nous étions en petit déjeuner inclus et je peux vous confirmer que ce dernier est très correct. Tout à fait classique dans sa présentation et ses produits. Juste je proposerais à la restauration de sortir ses fruits plus tôt pour qu ils ne soient pas aussi froid à manger. Un melon trop froid est moins goûteux qu à température ambiante ou légèrement fraîs. Chambre très bien isolée du bruit et climatisée si besoin. Une petite affiche dans la chambre vous expliquant que l on peut zmprunter gratuitement contre caution de 5€ ou 5 GBP un adaptateur de prise anglaise serait la bienvenue ou d'avoir directement quelques prises USB pour charger les téléphones/tablette. Un bon hôtel bien placé puisqu'à 3 min à pied du pont de londres. Il est à 10 minutes de la station de métro qui est desservie par deux lignes dont la circle ring qui est celle de la gare St Pancras. A 30 minutes max du centre ville par le métro, 1 h à pied. Ça se fait sans problème en longeant la Tamise. Si vous avez une chambre avec vue, c'est magnifique. Check in et check out très rapide"

"Les personnes à la réception sont très agréables, patientes et efficaces. Certaines parties de l'infrastructure mériteraient d'être rénovées. Confort simple et il faut savoir que les chambres ne sont faites qu'au bout du 4e jour de présence, il faut demander les nouvelles serviettes et le papier toilette. Bien situé pour profiter de la ville."

"La chambre était propre, bien qu'il y ait eu un peu de poussière sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était en bon état, même si les volets roulants avaient parfois du mal à se fermer ou se bloquaient. L'iPad permettant de contrôler la chambre ne fonctionnait pas au début, mais nous avons heureusement reçu un appareil de remplacement en fin de journée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent : tout est à proximité et la station de métro sous l'hôtel rend les déplacements très faciles."

"A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year. That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially when in a family group. (The person was very nice however). Overall though, highly recommended in all areas! Thanks for a superb stay for a night."
