« The location was really lovely and had beautiful views from the restaurant patio, but it seemed like it was understaffed. There weren’t many staff around and the ones that were there were running around very busy and were hard to catch when we needed something such as ordering food at the restaurant or getting some towels in our room. They were extremely pleasant but just not very available. Also, the place was not very clean. It was passable in the actual rooms, but the patio was full of dust...

« Personnel ultra serviable, early check in sans coût supplémentaire, hyper accessible pour l’aéroport et le Heathrow express, nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Juste une vieille chaussette trouvée sous un lit, pas de quoi faire un scandale ;) Super chambre communicante pour mettre bébé et les vélos et garder une belle chambre pour les parents. »

« Check in tres long. Carte pour la porte ne fonctionnait pas , retour a la réception, Timothée soit disant résoud le problème en reprigrammant la carte...ne fonctionne toujours pas!! Vu la distance entre ma chambre et la réception , 20 minutes de perdues. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était la pour me faire rentrer. Donc bravo au personnel de ménage mais honte aux réceptionniste...et pas un mot d'excuse pour mon temps perdu et les aller retour!! Donc appréciation mitigée mais dans...

« Nous n avons pas eu une chambre mais un cagibi . Pour le prix que l on paye c est vraiment une honte . Le seul point positif c est qu il est dans l aeroport sinon aucun interet . »
