« It was a clean, nice room. The major downside is that there was no hot water in our room. In both the shower and the sink, if you tried to turn on the hot water there was nothing, so it looks like the valves were closed. Also, they charge 25$ if you want the room cleaned even if you're there for a week or more, which is weird. »

« Ocean One was a dream. Beautiful condos and very clean. Luis the property manager was very friendly and was able to get us a private driver to get us to and from the airport and also on a tour of the Island. Highly recommend this place. »

« The staff here were very friendly and professional. The property is very well kept. It’s about 25 min drive from the RTB airport. Visit Eldon’s grocery store for foods to prepare at the property as it has a fully stocked kitchen. The onsite kitchen doesn’t have many food options, breakfast was consistently good. We didn’t eat much outside of that at the restaurant. The property is steps from the beach, Gumbalimba park is about a 10 min walk. For night action, you can walk the beach to get to...

« Great house right on the beach. Clean,safe, simple and everything you need. We stayed there for a month and enjoyed the pool and snorkeling right in front. Lots of cats if you are a cat lover! »

« Everything about our stay was fantastic. Jerri was easy to deal with and answered every question we had. Mabel cooked dinner for us on 2 separate nights and the food was phenomenal! She was easy to reach, friendly and helped with anything we needed. George was great as well. He took us wherever we needed to go and even gave us a tour of the mangroves. « This place was absolutely amazing; from the time we arrived until the day we left 7 days later was incredible. Our Concierge Carolina was there every step of the way, from booking reservations to keeping us informed on Island wide power outages. Bring Oil Based Bug Spray, the Sand Flies will eat you alive. Should be expected you are on a tropical island in the Carribean. The Pool was cleaned at least every other day if not every day. The house was way better than the pictures, they do not do it...

« Recently spent a week at the Spooky Channel Guest House. It's easy to access and convenient to both east and west end island hotspots but we found the property to be our favorite. "Great location! I couldn't have made a better choice by choosing this hotel as I wanted to be close to the beach and walking distance feom everything. That is exactly what I got. Beach is right acrosse the street, I could here the ocean from my room. The check-in was fast and easy, great service! They offer transportation from and to the airport wich was also really simple and they were on time. The rooms are clean and simple, confortable beds wich is hard for me to find. I really appreciated the common area, where you can just relax and enjoy the sunset on the beach. Really great restaurants, bars, groceries, water-taxi within 10 minutes walk. Can get a little noisy as you are in the middle of the action but it was not a problem for me to sleep. No negative for me. I would definitely recommand!!"

"Petit manque de communication à l'arrivée, on attend un transport en arrivant à l'aéroport, ils sont finalement arrivé après l'aide de quelqu'un. Mais après cela, personnel très gentil, transport vers notre Ferry. Endroit calme parfait pour relaxer. "
