„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. „Could not have had a better stay. Property is immaculate and very beautiful. Beds were comfy, shower had great pressure, and AC worked great. Restaurant had good food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.“

„Ein tolles Hotel, super Personal immer freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht den Gast zufrieden zustellen. Danke an Eduardo, Javier, Benny, Omar, Kenneth, Ronald, Jason, Valentina, Amanda ( wir hoffen wir haben Niemanden vergessen ) Der einzige Nachteil des neuen Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. Dies wäre aber kein Grund nicht noch einmal das Hotel zu buchen. Die vom Hotel angebotenen Ausflüge sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise in West Bay sind europäisch. Die Zimmer sehen so aus wie im ...
