« L'appart est tout neuf et bien équipé, mais attention très petit. Nous étions 3, pas possible d'espérer passer du temps à l'intérieur en dehors de la nuit, mais bon pied à terre. Bien placé à Shin-okubo entre 2 stations de train (dont une sur la ligne yamanote). Quartier vivant avec de bons restaurants notamment coreens, l'appartement se trouve dans une rue tres calme et agréable. On peut aller à pied (15 min max) au coeur de shinjuku. Très bon accueil, et consignes d'accès et de self...

« L’appartement n’est pas en très bon état bien qu’il soit propre. Très bruyant, réveil à 1h du matin et 5h du matin par les autres résidents… il n’y a pas de rideau donc le soleil nous réveil également très tôt. Le lit n’est pas confortable donc nous ne passons pas une bonne nuit Le seul point positif est que l’appartement est bien placé »

« Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. »

« Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. »

« This is a great property. The location is ideal…1 stop from Shinjuku, 4 from Shibuya on the Yamanote line. Sean is a great host…incredibly responsive and communicative.
