« I can’t say enough positive about our stay. We were in town for a graduation and Steven helped us in navigating time/place- we were conveniently located to everything we needed to see. The property was very cozy- it has a very welcoming deck that my family and I spent much of our time enjoying. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!!! »

« This Home is everything, very comfortable, lots of love in this home, great location,the extra living space with finished basement was top tier if you’ll have a group of people for family movie night board games ect. The home is exactly the way described in the photos.They didn’t miss nothing.Fully stock Kitchen and stocked private laundry room definitely made it extra🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The Host/owners were great with responding with any questions.Me and family will definitely make this another stay...

« Me and my family stayed here during Mother’s Day weekend. We had a great time home was super clean and taken care of no complaints. Would highly recommend this home to anybody staying in the Lenexa area. »

« Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! « We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...

« This property is clean and easy to find. We drove in from TX with our parents and were happy to find two bedrooms on the main floor (they are in their 70's)! It was also close to a large number of dining choices! We had a lovely eveing and would definitely stay here again! »

« Place was very nice inside. The beds are memory foam but comfortable. Kitchen seems to be stocked with what you would need. Could use more ice trays. Has kcups with a Keurig available. The only complaint from anyone in our group was the toilet paper is very low quality. If we had stayed more than one night we would have went and bought different TP. »

« Home was very clean. Everything was in working order. Very well stocked with everything we needed (dishes, linens, etc). 2 living areas with 2 TVs was nice. It was also great to have use of the garage. »
