The room was clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to public transportation yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. We especially appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Every request was handled quickly and with care. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"L’accueil et la chambre était parfait. Seul bémol un peu mal desservi par les transports depuis l’aéroport. Il faut vraiment repérer ou prendre la navette et où elle arrive à l’aéroport car en arrivant à l’aéroport pour aller à l’hôtel, nous avons dû prendre un taxi, car nous n’avons jamais trouvé la navette."

"Very close subway , hot springs was fantastic , very clean and great Hotel ,cleaning service was great . Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. I wish we could open the window but the person in charge said they can’t open the windows at this Apa Hotel in Yokohama so I respect that. I love my stay at this hotel "
