« Value for the price but dated. Could use a few fixes. Tub streams didn’t work. Cutlery was broken. No remote for tv. Took literally 20-30 minutes to figure out stove. Need to leave instructions on how to. Blender broken. One bathroom had a plumbing issue which I reported not fixed. But great area. Lots of restaurants around shopping malls Plenty of night life. Rooms very comfortable, spacious which is unusual for the area. Enjoyed it. »

« The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel. »

« Grand appartement qui partage la piscine du Marriott. Très bel appartement et très belle piscine. En revanche si on n’a besoin de quelqu’un la nuit, très peu parlent anglais. Et les couloirs sont lugubres comme si personne n’y était. Il faudrait rendre vivant cet endroit pour que ce soir vraiment parfait »

« The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful »

« This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel.
