„Beautiful lodge near Cotopaxi. We loved our small wood fireplace in the room. A young gentleman would come to set up the fire everyday. The unplanned highlight of the stay was actually a “stray“ dog. According to the receptionist, the dog does not belong to the lodge but shows up on the lodge property frequently. The dog was there when we checked in. She (we think it’s a girl) somehow indicated to us to follow her. We had no activity planned, so we walked with her. For one hour, the dog led our ...

„This place has good potential. There's a nice common room and kitchen. But there's no heat or hot water and the picture isn't of the actual place. Very friendly owner though. “

„La hacienda es muy Hermosa!!! El contacto con la naturalesa nos encanto a toda mi familia. Su comida era organica y de primera. Un lugar muy acogedor. Sus habitaciones iban a la tematica del lugar y por la Noche se puede ver una magestuosa Luna, muy iluminante. RECOMENDADA !! Gracias a sus Anfitriones muy amables y atentos. Seguro nos tendran por ahi en otra occasion.“

„Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind.“

„They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances“
